Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program (Restore LA)

Winsor currently supports the State of Louisiana on the Restore LA program in Louisiana, a CDBG disaster recovery funded program with Quality Assurance and Program Management Services. Winsor is responsible for evaluating program contractors for compliance and consistency with scope of work and preparing monthly and quarterly project status reports as well as contractor performance reports for the State.

Winsor also manages and prepares project status reports on all activities and deliverables of the State QA/QC Team. The Winsor team was responsible for creation of the Reconstruction Estimate Analysis for the State’s Reconstruction program while also developing program Standard Operating Procedures for the desktop review of damage assessment, pre construction estimates, change orders, appeal review, and final inspections. Winsor was relied upon to provide a project work plan, training plan and QC recommendations for improvement with the State.
